Our relationship with food and our bodies can be complicated and frustrating. Did you know that dieting is one of the lead risk factors for deregulated eating and weight management over time? Wouldn’t it be great to feel freedom around food and comfortable in your body? Our clinicians can help you address emotional, binge and disordered eating patterns using a combination of CBT/DBT tools, Health-At-Any-Size, non-diet principles, intuitive eating skills-building, and gentle nutrition guidelines. Sessions focus on open exploration, mindfulness practices and structured exercises to help clients overcome addictive, compulsive and sabotaging behaviors while increasing embodied joy and acceptance.
